Please read our terms and conditions before making your payment. Once we receive payment, it will be understood and agreed that you have accepted these terms.

PRICES - Costs quoted on this site are kept as up to date as possible. Errors and omissions excepted. All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling () and are subject to carriage. Please confirm that you understand and accept the prices quoted, before placing your order. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, to allow for any price rise in materials etc.

TERMS - Cash with order please. Cheques and bank drafts should be made payable to "R Keenes".

CREDIT CARDS - We offer Credit, Debit or Visa Card facilities.

PAYPAL- We accept payments by Paypal, but UK orders are subject to a 3.4% surcharge to cover Paypal fees, while overseas orders are subject to a 3.9% surcharge.

GUARANTEE - We will replace or refund the full price paid for any parts if they are proved faulty or not as specified by the customer, provided that they are returned to us immediately and are not altered in any way. We cannot be held liable for deviations or alterations to floor layouts that have been made to any vehicle, so that it does not conform to the original maker's design. If you are in doubt, request samples, and a copy of our templates before placing your order. We endeavour to comply to the Trade Descriptions Act by giving accurate descriptions of the goods offered for sale. If you feel that there are any misrepresentations, please advise us so that we may amend the description.

LIABILITY - We accept liability only for items which are proved faulty by reason of our negligence. Such liability is limited to the price paid for the item and does not include any consequential loss. It is your responsibility to check that all details of your order, such as specifications, measurements, colour and delivery, are correct and suitable to your requirements prior to placing your order.

ORDERING - The use of original numbers does not indicate supply of original parts. We reserve the right to supply pattern/remanufactured parts as necessary. it is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure and check that parts supplied are suitable for the vehicle and use intended by them, and the supplier gives no warranty express or implied of suitability. Your order becomes binding once we have accepted it.  All orders are subject to availability. Goods are supplied in line with sample and description, subject to normal commercial tolerance.  The decision as to a product’s suitability for a particular end use must lie with the purchaser and what is fair and reasonable. 

DELIVERY - We endeavour to supply all orders within 28 working days, but, occasionally, some items will not be ex-stock and will be dispatched immediately new stock arrives. You will be informed of this at the time of ordering.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS - We must be notified on receipt of goods. If the goods are sent by carrier, sign "damaged", if apparent. A claim submitted if goods are received and endorsed, "not checked", "unexamined" or different words of the same effect on the Delivery Note are not adequate in case of claim.

On delivery it is your responsibility to inspect and report to us, any visible damage/defect to the goods.  Do not leave goods wrapped and unchecked.  We are not liable for visible damage not reported within three working days of delivery.  The goods must not be subject to any processing.  The purchaser must care for the goods while the claim is being investigated. 

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or it is defective we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred, otherwise you will be responsible for those charges incurred in returning the item to us.

Order cancellations must be submitted to us in writing - email, fax or letter.

RIGHT TO CANCEL & RETURNS - (Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Directive 97/7/EC). The right to cancel allows you time to examine the goods. The cooling off period starts when the contract is concluded and ends 14 working days after the day the goods are received. The right to cancel does not apply to rubbers, materials which have been cut off rolls, or any other item made to order. 

When customers exercise the right to cancel they are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and to return them to us in the condition they were supplied. It shall be the responsibility of the customer to cover return postage costs. It is advised that returned items be sent via recorded mail as we cannot be held responsible for lost items. Refunds will be given, once the goods have been returned to us and checked to ensure they are in the same condition as when they were originally shipped from us.

The goods should be unused and must be in resaleable condition. We do not refund your cost of returning the goods to us unless they are incorrect or faulty.

VAT - Our products are not subject to VAT.

CARRIAGE - ALL PRICES SHOWN ARE CARRIAGE EXTRA.

U.K. - We despatch using the most economical method possible at the time. Items requiring extra packaging on wood or in tubes are charged extra. The Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland are subject to extra charges and their size restrictions

OVERSEAS - All overseas orders will be priced, depending on country and weight and size of the parcel. You will be informed of total shipping costs before placing your order. We despatch goods less that 2kg weight by small packet, larger consignments are sent by courier services into Europe. Please specify whether you require air or sea despatch of packages/parcels.
